Lance Ritchlin, founder of R-Star Productions, Inc.™, is a content and marketing specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the agency, B2B, and nonprofit arenas. He has served nonprofit organizations in strategic positions, overseeing marketing, publications (print and digital), audio-visual deliverables, meeting planning, and online education. 

An accomplished speaker, conference presenter, and media spokesperson, Ritchlin has been quoted in financial publications such as the Wall Street Journal. A former journalist, he has successfully pitched stories to national media including The New York Times. He has developed effective marketing campaigns for direct mail, email, social media, and print advertising. As a writer/ghost writer, he has created effective news releases, blog posts, video scripts, op-ed articles, speeches, newsletters, books, and white papers.
